I just want to thank each and everyone of you that reads my post. That share your pain with me and empathize with my pain. Till I came on this site I was in a shell shock state trying to understand what happened. Why & How? There was no one who could understand me and what I was going through. My brother-in-law (husband's brother) and his wife came to visit me one day and asked me that don't I get bored staying home all day? And I thought what kind of a stupid question is it? Was I staying and sunning in my backyard doing nothing. They don't even get it. If I lost my husband, wasn't he something to them too. These are the people that my husband gave all his life taking care of. Sorry this post is not intended to gripe about anybody else. Just wanted to say, "Thank You!".

I think we should have just one giant "THANK YOU" to each and every one of us from each and every one of us. Everyone on this site has been so very sympathetic and helpful. I guess it is because each and every one of us is experiencing the same hurt and despair. We can relate to each other because it is like looking into a mirror. We see the same and feel the same. I also want to thank everyone because of all of you the most horrible time in my life is somewhat livable. I will keep you all and your loved one in my prayers.
I know exactly what you mean. I still get well-meaning family telling me to do things that will make me feel good. There are people on other grief sites telling me to be kind to myself. Maybe I'm wrong in how I think but I can't help how I feel. I just want to be left alone sometimes. It is such a comfort to have you and others who agree about how (I)we feel. Some say that they think that they know how I feel and what they would do if their spouse died would be to get a part-time job, do volunteer work, buy new clothes. Are they kidding me??? If I were to do these things, I would still feel the same way. But the one common thing we have is that we are the only ones who know how we feel, so I am grateful as well and I want to say THANK YOU to you all of you here also. I am truly grateful for your honesty and for replying to my posts also. I hope you have peace somehow.
God bless,
