For the 1st time in 7 months of grief, the baby steps paid off.Someone I have known for years and has seen me on and off through this process told me I look great.Rest and nutrition are very important while you`re emotions are raw:)

Honestly if it not were not for my faith, I would not be here right now.Put your trust in God and he will provide but that does not mean we do not have to play a part in our own recovery:) Baby steps will eventually take you a long way- even if it takes forever.

I too felt helpless and alone when my husband passed away 4 months ago. I prayed for my Lord God and Jesus to help me with my feelings and He did come through the Holy Spirit and lifted my eyes towards heaven to accept death as the final chapter from life. He is in heaven with his maker and is safe and at peace. Praise God He is our savior.
