This might be a rough time for many of you. Do what you feel you need to do to get through it. Remember, someone is here almost all the time to talk to you.

Hi Marsha, I will need to check my page as I'm not aware I was doing anything - curious indeed. I will try again with the email, not to worry, we will figure it out.

Trina ...  Now is not the time to hide in the shadows of darkest, but to reach to someone or on Legacy and let angels lead the way.

Big Hugs

Trina, Thank you for your post, I have to maintain some sort of detachment to keep from beating my head against the wall. Yes, birthdays, anniversaries are tough, as unfortunately you alsoi are aware. I wish peace for you in the coming months Trina. Rolland

I am sorry that you lost the two wedding rings, but am glad that you took the loss philosophically. Now that the most precious thing (person) is gone from this world, material things don't mean as much. But I do hope that you find them somehow. It must have been difficult to face your wife's birthday. As it is everyday is hard, but some days are harder than others, the birthdays and the anniversaries.

I have been quiet for some time. The approach of dark nights (I live in Alaska) and the cold aren't helping with my already depressed mood. Just facing each new day continues to be a huge challenge and takes a lot of will power to go through each day. The hours go by so slowly...

Sending you all good wishes, and hoping that it gets a little bit easier as time passes.

Carol ...  Couldn't leave my email address on your private board because you are moderating it.  Will give you a phone call.

Carol ...  Nice to hear from you again. I haven't received any emails from you for quite sometime so hope you don't think I'm just not answering as I always answer my emails.  I checked my junk mail and nothing there either.  Will leave my email address in a private post.

Yes, it was nice to have young-uns over.  We had a good time and lots of laughs.

Rolland ...  I'm so sorry you lost the wedding rings, but understand you realize the material things in life mean nothing no that our spouses have passed on. May I suggest putting an ad in the Lost & Found on Facebook or local newspapers (yes people still read newspapers.  LOL)  I lost a pink ring and put an ad in and someone had found it at the beach and returned it to me.  I wish you luck as there is certainly sentiment to rings binding two loving people together.

Carol, I'm actually The 3rd in a line of Rollands, my grandfather and father were the other two. The spelling is different, my name has 2 L's in it..and the O is in Raw Land..:-)

I understand Roland and me too, I'd give anything for a kiss and hug from my sweetie! ps how often does a person come across the name Roland, but funny enough my son-in-law's name is the same!
