This might be a rough time for many of you. Do what you feel you need to do to get through it. Remember, someone is here almost all the time to talk to you.

Dear Deborah ...  I am so very sorry you are having such a rough night and yes, I know exactly how you feel because I had many myself and also still can have the odd one.  Grief is so hard and there are times I still don't understand why it has to go on and on.  Memories are wonderful from the past, but often conger up tears as well.

May I suggest that instead of sleeping in bed try sleeping on the sofa for a few nights with the TV on very low.  I did that for quite sometime and rested my back against the back of the sofa and it helped.  I'd drift off to sleep and with the TV low the night didn't sound so silent.

Hang on Deborah because it does get a little better with each day passing whether it feels like or not.

Dear Steve ...

I love that other quote as well and how true.  Thank you that my dear brother.

Much Love & Hugs

David ...  I am so happy you believe in our loved ones 'going home.'  I honestly believe this, but also believe off and on they do come and visit us.  There are signs they are close when we need them the most.  I never believed when you are truly in love (soul mates) that it stops after death.

I hope your days are filled with a little more joy and peace.  It does get easier where we can at least breath again and think straighter.  We will never stop loving our spouse or ever forget them.

CB I am so sorry, what the hell is going on? It just seems like a lot of loss in a very short time. We are here for you, and Deborah.

Deborah, that really sucks . I don,t understand why some people have to bear such pain. I am sorry.

Chicago....I'm sorry for the loss of your friend.   It's never easy to lose someone we connect with.  I'm glad you gave her husband this site's information.  He'll need as much support as he can get.

Debbie......I'm sorry for your friend's loss.  She's lucky to have you as most of us don't have anyone close by that can actually relate to this loss.  When she's ready, you two can talk and hopefully she'll take comfort knowing you can understand.  It won't be easy for you but it may help you as well.

Here is another good one from Maya Angelou

Love recognizes no barriers. It jumps hurdles, leaps fences, penetrates walls to arrive at its destination full of hope.

Thank you Marsha, thank you David,

I too believe that we will all be together some day.
