This might be a rough time for many of you. Do what you feel you need to do to get through it. Remember, someone is here almost all the time to talk to you.

The county fair starts today in my town.
It's a mile away from where I live. I live in the middle of all that goes on around here.
Yosemite is not all that far from here either.
It a beautiful area to live in.

Hello everyone !
And my 11 cats send a loud meow to all !
They want to know what I'm going to do about all this hot weather, and when I'm going to do something about it.
I told them I'm looking for jobs for them all in an airconditioned building !
They gave me that look, like I'm out of my mind !
Although my white cat Bobby is in training to be a paper boy. He keeps taking the towel paper and unrolling it to make a bed out of it !
What would I do without these little guys ?

Sandra,I truely am sorry for your loss,we are here for you and the things your feeling are normal for what you are going through we don't like the word normal but it is all part of the grieving process and yours is so raw so new. I to thought I was going crazy and loosing my mind it is such a huge adjustment that we must adapt to you, will never get use to being alone that is the hardest, comming home to an empty house. Each person grieves differently and some can move on and some can't and everyone moves thru the process at a different time frame there is not a set time to each step in the process. Please take a little time to read some post here you will find you are not crazy and the only one going thru this, we pretty much all feel the same and are at different phases in the grieving process, stay with us on the site it truelly does help. you can write me any time. May god be with you and give you the strenth you need to take it one minute, or one day at a time. also you will have moments at work just do the best you can don't be embarresed hopefully you have someone there you can talk to honestaly be open about how your feeling some will ungerstand and some won't just don't let anyone tell you to get over it and move on you will know when you are ready for that and if they haven't been thru the loss of a spouse they don't have a clue. God Bless.Virginia

I lost my husband, Tim on June 27th, 2010. His death was sudden, tragic and senseless! I am trying to keep my anger in check and yet I am still waiting to hear the garage door open, or let him in the front door because he forgot his garage remote and look across the room and see him sitting at the computer.......I am so lost and not sure what to do. The pain at times is so overwhelming that I truly think I will lose my sanity and it happens out of nowhere! One minute coping, the next minute bent over screaming. I am going back to work Monday but afraid these breakdowns will occur at work!

Rotten day today. I just stayed home. I hate these days. I'll do fare for several days and then all the sudden it hits! I hope it gets better. I know the pain is lessened, but it is still there every day. Tomorrow I have already made plans to get out of the house. It will be a better day.

To Tom, hang in there friend. I have gone to the E.R. twice in the last 7 months for bad stomach pain. They couldnt find anything and gave me meds. It never helped and I guess it eventually passed. My family told the E.R. doc, its the grief from the loss of his wife. He said, no, it wasnt. Yeah right, the family knew.
We lived in Denver for ten years and went up to see their train museum. It was pretty cool. Glad you did that. It must have been something you will never forget. I hope you can find some peace amid the grief that exists. We all share this with you and understand.

The next day I came down very sick and almost called 911 to get an ambulance for myself.
I was hurting that bad. Stomach pain.
Instead I just waited it out and haven't eaten for three days. I'm feeling better today without any pain and will eat something . Seeing the train in all it's glory and running was very exciting !
