This might be a rough time for many of you. Do what you feel you need to do to get through it. Remember, someone is here almost all the time to talk to you.

Just lost my husband of 41 years on January 4th. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions about how to beat the lonliness. It sure would be nice to chat with others like me. Liz

Cathy, tug at the heartstrings is an understatement. Thank you so much for sharing that. We need to be reminded that we will see our loved ones again. I know I do.

Katy, 4 months go my fiance boarded a private plane and less then 40 min later the plane went down and they all died. It took over a month for the report to come out as to why the plane went down and come find out, the pilot was told 3 time before take off that it was going to be very difficult to make thru the storms and upcoming storm. Then 3 min. into the flight the pilot calls very concerned that he's not going to make it. Instead of turning around and going back he continues. God warned this man 4 time and he didn't heed the warnings. This man (pilot) was negligent with my fiance`'s life and killed him. My family and friends are all telling me I have a right to sue for the family were very rich and I lost everything, home, property, money etc. I chose not to sue. Everybody, even ones who didn't matter in his life (his ex's wife's family and all the men in the plane were very well off) will come out with millions of dollars.
I guess my point is, I do not want to sue cause I will be spending my time reliving over and over again Malcolm death, remaining sad, angry, hurt and unable to move on. Today while watching Joyce Meyers the topic was on money. She quoted from the bible, "If we are not faithful in the unrighteous mammon (deceitful riches, money, possessions) who will give us true riches? For the LOVE of money is the root of all evil." You need to ask who is controlling your desires to punish the ones who made a mistake, God or the Devil? Will money take away the pain or keep the pain around longer then you need it to?
Nobody can tell you what you should do only God really can. Give him the problem and ask him to help you do what is right.
I lost everything and now the family want to kick me out of my home (going into foreclosure) for no reason for it would not cost them a red cent to let me stay and try to get back on my feet. I'm really angry but I hold faith that God is paving my road for me and every day I work to let it go. Trust him and believe him. Forgiveness is more powerful then money. I don't know what the real truth is about you loved ones death for I am so so sorry they are gone and I do understand. Time is the only thing that can help with the pain.

Hi Katy;
I found the same information (my husband needlessly passing away) 2 months after they considered his death natural causes. I wouldn't just let it rest, but I am not in your shoes so I cannot be the one to tell you what to do. I know that I love my husband so much that I would do whatever it takes to make things right. But going after someone needlessly is not our position we must let God work things out for us. For some reason I needed to do something I guess it was my way of going out for revenge, which didn't make me feel any better.
Good luck to you,

you are entitled to view his medical records per the Hippa law. Call the hosp set up a time to revw the chart notes with a nurse present who can answer any questions in regards to what has been written in the records. Still no reply contact you state hosp board.

Katy I felt the same way at Gordys passing 3 months ago. Since i live in upsate ny, i contacted the nys hosp board who is going to do an investigation. I also asked the hosp to conduct an investigation as well per a suggestion from the hosp board. It will take 3 to 4 months .but i am hoping for piece of mind and a bit of closure. It cant hurt to write Have all your dates times dr nurses anythinhg you can think of and then compose a letter for your state to investigate. If it comes back wrongful death then contact a lawyer who specializes in wrongful death cases. Good luck and do it soon.
