Heather,

Just take it one day at time.  Focus on happy and joyful memories.  Remember her beautiful smile and loving touch.  Most of all, look to your family and friends for strength, love and support.

I lost my mother On February 24th.  On that day, I thought I would never get over loosing her.  But here I am a few months later, doing much better than I thought I would be.

Your mother is always with you.  She is in your heart.  Her spirit is with you and your family.  Draw upon her strength and remember her words of wisdom.  Your mother's love will get your through this.  You and your family will get through this, it may not seem like it right now but you will.

Your mother is protecting now more than ever.  A mother's love is timeless, it never fades.  Just look up to the sky and remember she's watching over you and your family.

I will keep you and your family in my prayers.  And remember, your mother is always in your heart.

Sending hugs your way,

Allison

Just tell them how much she loved them and share some good memories with them about their grandmother.  Every little smile over a sweet memory will help them start to heal.  I think kids are stronger than we give them credit for and they may end up being the one to help you get through your loss.  Saying a prayer for you all and have you in my heart.
