how do i get over this

Im 30 years old and my husband took his own life 4 weeks ago, we would have only been married 6 months on the 3rd may. Im so lost. sometimes i feel like i just want to go with him but i know this is just feelings of grief because i loved my life before this happen, so everyday i try my hardest to ignore those feelings.how do i get through this
