My concern...I lost my wife, suddenly, 21 months ago, It would be one thing, if I were healthy, active, but I'm disabled and fighting a host of serious problems, and am facing my 18th abdominal surgery in 16 years. My wife was healthier than I am. In fact, as a certified Home Health Aide, he tended to my physical needs, during my recovery periods. There are two local bereavement support groups, in my community. For some strange reason, I was barred, from joining, both of them. I'm not a Ted Bundy, in fact, I'm the retired Village Historian. I did not deserve this treatment.
I have not heard one message from you. Are you here to support the grieving? Why did you not contact me? I am still living in dark days.

When I found my best friend dead with blood in three rooms, I tryiedn to do CPR, to no avail. I cannot get that scene out of my head. Life is not the same and has little meaning now. E. sorensen
My faith was strengthened following the loss of my son Jon who passed away at the age of 20. I have a website where parents who have lost a child can share their spiritual connections. The site is at google at www.thechildwelost.com. Bless you, Susan Casadei
