Ahh nice wedding photo with a nice wedding cake that was most likely made from scratch as mine was back in the day!
Hi Tom, Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your wife Agnes. I am remarried for a second time to a good man for many years. However, I know what it's like to lose individuals in my life that can never be replaced by anyone. Simply because each person is like a snowflake never to be duplicated. It's often most difficult for all. Nonetheless, each person grieves different and how much a person cries or time for mourning doesn't measure the love. Love is unique as is how often we love someone and grieve for them. I saw your name on the side of Latest Conversations posted a status "Lonely Grief." That was when I decided to respond to you. Indeed no matter how many people send a card or whatever someone does to help there is no one there for you in a sense considering the person we mourn at the time. I also see that you have joined
'Bereaved Spouses' group. That's good because no one is an island. We are all people helping people. If you see my post and want to respond to me I'll be here to read and respond to you.
Just remember to take good care of yourself by eating, resting and communicating as that is the proper way to handle ourselves during time of a loss.
Sincerely,
Barbara Rieger
