How was your Christmas and New Years?  I know the holidays can be rather depressing.  I hope yours was joyful.  Are you staying clean, I hope so.  I got kind of down during the holidays, but I am starting to cheer up a little now.  Stay strong.

Hey, I just want you to know you are not alone. Please don't make a bad decision. Find some new friends, read a book or enjoy some other activity besides drug use. At some point, the party has to end; thats the decision I finally reached. Stay strong.
