My heart goes out to you. I can't imagine the pain you must feel right now. When you put all your effort in raising a child, see them grow into adulthood and lose them it has got to be painful. I lost a step-daughter 5 months after hurricane Katrina. I have been helping my husband deal with this loss, which was extremely painful for him. She was only 25 years old. But, remember God can and will help you through your grief. He can make life bearable again for you. Of course, you can't see how that's possible right now but, now is the time you have to hold tighter too his hand. Get closer to God. Call upon Him and if you need answers, question him. He's the only one with all the answers. I have asked other members of my family to join me in prayer for you. We are praying that God will strengthen you. God bless you.

Hi Evette,

We've all experienced grief in one way or another. Therefore, we're here to help each other through the grieving process. I have lost both parents, my younger brother and recently my older sister. These deaths were extremely hard but with the support I received though Legacy, I am mending. I am not completely there yet but, I thank God for enabling me to wake up each morning, put one foot in front of the other and make it through the day.  I  pray that God would grant you peace in your hour of bereavement.
