Lost younger brother

Hi,

I lost my brother end of August this year.  I am the eldest.  He thought he had the flu, went to walk n clinic, still verifying this and died a day later, alone in his own bed.  My parents are in shock.  I have a younger sister.  I started a new temp job couple of weeks before he passed.  I'm struggling with his passing and generally with all of this.  I am also angry with him for his lack of care and follow up.  He tried to work through his flu but had a temperature of 104.  Not…

Ewa,Sorry for your loss of your brother.Hoping you find support with us in this group.It's understandable to be angry with your brother for not following up regarding his health,but maybe he thought he'd get better on his own.I'd be more angry that he's not here to live life than to be mad at him personally.That's somewhat how I feel,that my brother is not here .I could never be mad at my brother,only be mad at myself.My brother drowned in 2014,my only sibling.
