Memorial etiquette

When you get memorial donations and all funeral expenses have been paid, donations have been made and there is money left. What is the proper thing to do with money that remains? Divide among family?

Janelle,Sorry for your loss.In reference to your question,I would like you said ,divide amongst family or donate to a charity that your lost loved one had any connection to / or passed from in their memory.Welcome to Legacy and sorry you've had to join us here.We're all here for different losses but our grief brings us together.Hope you find the support you seek here.I'm here because I lost my brother,my only sibling in a drowning in 2014.Grief has no timetable,with me it will be the rest of my life.
