dear karen ty for your kind words.its been amonth now and im soo lost,all i do is cry at everything,i feel like my heart has been ripped out,i try to get through each day,but it gets harder,i hope in time i will feel better but i dont know,if you have any suggestions you can give i would appreciate it,again ty so much to email me back ,elaine dodson

Hello Karen, I'm so sorry about your loss. There isn't anyone who hasn't experienced the loss of a dearly loved one that can possibly understand what we go through. It's still such early days for you. Thirteen months isn't any time at all. It does get better though. You won't 'get over it', but you will feel capable of getting on with things, and actually laughing again one day. Lots of love to you. Yaz
