Hi Linda, I'm new to the site. Words cannot express the sorrow we are all feeling for eachother. I too lost my son, Richard, Jan. 9 2008. He was a healthy man until the age of 24, got a work injury , nerve damage to his spinal cord, cauda equania syndrome.
That is all the nerves from the waist down are dead.
He suffered with alot of pain. If he would have lived
He would be in a wheelchair, and nursing home. Unfortunately, the depression was so bad, he was taking his meds, and drinking. The drinking is why we lost him. I miss him so much. My feelings go from high to thinking this is not right to feel this way.
My mind is very confused now after reading all the sad comments from everyone. Maybe this was not a good idea to find this site. Yet I can't stay away.
Please respond. Anyone please respond, I'm really confused. Thankyou
