sorry michelle, I haven't come back to this room. I am having a tough time because  now my step-dad has gotten chronically ill with cirrhosis of the liver, and this is due to him not caring about anything when my mom passed.  I am now realizing that in eighteen months approximately, I have lost my mom, and my dad is not the same man, not his fault ...

Hi Michele, nice to meet you.  This has been an amazing avenue to reach out to those who are grieving.  May Jehovah bless all your efforts.

I believe in God and Jesus. I think He took Candace so something worse couldn't happen. I think He saved her. As sad as I am I KNOW there's an afterlife! I felt Candace rub my arm's up and down the day b/4 her funeral. I KNOW there's life after death! I can't wait for Candace to take me to her new Home! I think the Lord wants me to look after her girl's. I know Candace does too! Thanks for your concern.

Hello Michele, thank you very much for the privilege of allowing me to be one of your friends on LegacyConnect. Welcome aboard. As you can see many grieving persons are in desperate need of the comforting message from the Bible. Jehovah has richly supplied us with the spiritual tools we need to help these precious ones who are suffering because of their loved ones dying. I thank Jehovah for this site. Take care, my sister.

Your sister and friend in the faith, Jackie Jackson.

Thank you for your comforting words on my page. I guess that I am not necessarily looking for a perfect fix to my recent grief, but honestly, it is helpful for me to pray, so thanks for sharing some of the scripture. My father was in such bad shape for so very long, and I took him to his home and cared for him--and employed people, and used hospice, and etc etc etc, exhausting and emotionally disturbing--and by the end of all of that, I was praying to God to release him from his pain.
