Dear Rebecca, Please do not feel like you are different from most people. Grief is described in stages, denial, depression, anger, bargaining, and finally acceptance. A loss of a parent is the most horrible experience I ever have felt in my life. These stages I list can go back and forth, 1-4, 4-2, 3-2, if you numbered them, but you trust yourself, you are doing the best you can. I thought I finally had "THE BIG MELTDOWN" and there was no way out. Through Legacy, two counselors, being on my knees a lot, and time, I can say for today, I see some light.
