Well, it's final. My house has passed inspections, the appraisal came in at the selling price, and the buyers have been approved for their mortgage so I'll be closing and moving out on 11/21. Hard to believe this has all been accomplished in less than 2 months, in this crazy real estate market. Of course, I'm losing a lot of money on the sale but I'll make up some of it on the new house I'm buying, which is now scheduled to be completed on 11/25 - another miracle since they just started…
