My daughter Ashley was everything to me. She wasn't just my daughter, she was my very best friend. As she was growing up we became close and remained that way. Hi Teresa...thought I'd stop by and leave a comment. I hope you are able to find some peace, I know it's hard because I feel the same way. Stay strong, HUGS to you!!!!

Teresa,
I'm so sorry for your loss. My daughter was also my best friend and someone that I shared a lot of inside jokes with. We had a very similar sense of humor not everyone else "gets". It's only been a month for me, and it's so very painful. Most of the time I don't let myself think about it. Autumn lived in her own apartment about 45 minutes from me, so most of the time it's likes she's just at her apartment. When it hits me, I can't breath. I can't imagine it ever getting easier. My brother died when I was 15 and my mom has been a great support. She keeps telling me there is nothing worse, but time does help. I guess we'll all see how much time it takes each of us, I'm sure it's different for everyone.
Thank you for writing to me, I really appreciate it.
