I would just post it from your heart. My husband was diagnosed in October, 2009 so we knew that it would come to an end sooner than later. I have a grown son and 2 grandsons and a step-daughter that live close to me in Illinois. All of my other family lives in West Virginia (where we're from) and other states south.
I know that my husband is now at peace. When I told him I was scared of losing him, he told me that I should be happy because he was going to a better place. He was cremated and now sits in my bedroom looking down over me (for now).
Do you have any type of support from family and friends? Do not try to do any of this alone. Let me know how I can help.
