I waited for over a year to get help, that was a mistake. This site is helpful but I find my grief group even more helpful. Family, friends and coworkers try to help but sometimes thier words make it worse. They do not mean it but they do not understand, they cannot. You have come to a wonderful web site where we are all grieving and all in different stages of grief. We offer advice and pass no judgements. There are no timeframes in which you must follow and it is a baby step process. So take your time and come here often even if it is to read posts. Hugs, Jane P
