Hi Susan, how are you doing today.  I lost my father at age 15.  He committed suicide and I was a witness.  My life was never the same again because then it became filled with so much baggage in my life that I did not even know I had.  I lost my mother ten years ago and it piled on more baggage.  So I spent the last ten years sorting things out from over 40 years ago and realizing that it's only God who keeps us and gives us direction.  God is our refuge.  God is our secret hiding place.  God is our Healer.  We can hide in Him when faced with the storms of life.  He is our shelter.  Take care and I hope to hear from you.
