Why does death hurt? Because it is not normal!

Death to most people seems to be the most unnormal event we deal with in life.   Yet, some are surprised to learn that it was not our Heavenly Father intention or purpose for mankind to live and die.  He created man to live under perfect conditions and also to live forever.  (Genesis 1:22)

As we see from history and the account in the Bible - mankind sinned and therefore death entered into the world.  But, can you imagine a life free of sin and death?  The ability to live forever was…

The Precious Value Of Life!

Sometimes, in life, we come to learn the value of life only through the loss of one.  Life is a beautiful gift from our Heavenly Father  (Psalms 36:9).    The source of life breathe life - the many marvelous creations bring so much joy to those of us who are still able to embrace life.

When we lose a loved one to death the memories continue.  Our love for them continues in our Heart.   It reminds us of the value of those we love now and those we have loved in the past.

Celebrate Life Now!!

We will all receive sooner or later an invitation to attend a Memorial followed by a "Celebration Of Life" for the loss of a loved one.   Why not celebrate life as the beautiful gift that it is as given to us by our Heavenly Father. (Romans 12:6)

Life is the most beautiful gift - given to us by our Heavenly Father - Revelation 4:11.  Just take a look at all of the beautiful creation around us.....the trees, flowers, birds, lakes, and oceans.  Know that while we are in the…

Learn from the lost of our love one!

What can we learn from the lost of our love one?  What insight does the lost of our love one gives us?  What about living in the NOW.  What about praising in the NOW.  What about saying those things that when one falls deep into a sleep can no longer hear you.  (Eccl 9:5).  What about the hugs and kisses and beautiful thoughts of that person being express to them now while they can hear it.

How often do we hear - "just one more day" or "just one more hour" or "just one more hug."…

Why do we die?

As a little girl - I often wondered about a few things in life - but one thing I wondered about - was why do we die?   Why can't we live forever now? It took a long while before I became knowledgeable about why we die. Through our first parents Adam and Eve disobedience to our Heavenly Father and the command they were given in regards to the forbidden fruit. (Genesis 2:16,17) Due to them disobeying our Creator mankind has been inflicted with pain, suffering, and death. (Romans…

Where is My Motther and My Father? Why did they have to go?

I lost both of my parents to death, and I just have this deep void.  A sense of being without a parent.  It is so hard to explain the void and how I yearn to be in their company again.  Realistically, I know they have fallen asleep in death (Eccl 9:5).  But in my heart, I yearn to hear their voice.

I know and am aware of the condition of the dead - but my heart sometimes does not want to register the reality of the situation.  I want to feel as if I would see them in this life…

Condition of the Dead.

So often we hear the doubts and speculation in respects to the dead.  I knew from the very beginning I wanted to know - where is my love one headed.  I did not want a guess or a maybe for an answer.  I wanted to know where can I find the true answer as to the dead condition.  For I have several loved ones that have fallen asleep in death.

I have received so much comfort from that book that is the one most circulated book in the world and that book is the Bible.  It gives us so much…

Death and Revelation 21:3.4.

So many times we hear the pain associated with the loss of a loved one to be filled with so much dread and anxiety in respects to why, how, and where are their loved one headed after death.  However, I find so much peace and comfort from the scriptures as it allows us to peer into the truth in respects to the condition of the dead.  Our love one is as in a deep sleep - away from any more pain and sorrow; they are not burning in agony or suffering in so far remote no-where.  (Eccl…

The Challenge of Coping With Death

Death is and always will be the enemy of mankind.  It was not our Heavenly Father original purpose for mankind to live, grow old and then die.  The pain associated with the loss of one's love one is so deep and unending that it is indescribable if one tries to describe the level and intensity of the pain.  Just knowing that you will not see your love one tomorrow or to even be able to speak with them - leaves a high-level of disbelief to the situation.  You pulled their last voice mail - you…

In light of all of the senseless crime, violence, and horrific tradegies - one has to question - where is this all going and what hope do we have for the love ones that we lost?.

There is such a wonderful future prospect for those of us who search out the scriptures  and take delight in the words expresses in the Bible in respects to God promise about death.  We can find such loving expressions at Revelation 21:3,4:- With that I heard a loud voice from the throne say: “Look! The tent…

At one point or another in our life - we all share the same grief - Death.  Be it someone near and dear or one of our dearest family member - the enemy death comes to all of us.  However, it is not the final say in our life; for our Heavenly Father has procured a way in which he can fulfill his original purpose for mankind. (Psalms 37:9,10)  Free of any sort of suffering or pain. (Revelation 21:3,4)

Almighty God Jehovah promised better condition for all mankind to enjoy peace and…

How Death Can Make Us Love More Now!!

Death....the final stage of our imperfect live brings about so many emotions...the most painful one is grief. With the passing of each of our love ones we need to embrace life in such a way where --we love now.

Why love now?   Once a person dies they cant hear your lost words, your missed kisses, your empty hugs, or see your tearful pain.  So, why not love to the fullest now.  Everything about our Heavenly Father is based on "Love."  (1 John 4:8)

If we love now to the fullest -…

Death - Memories are ours to keep!

When we loose a love one - we do have their memories embedded in our heart.  We never forget the times, moments and conversations we shared with them.

When our loved ones die, we mourn. And we may ask: ‘What has happened to them? Are they suffering? Are they watching over us? Can we help them? Will we ever see them again?’ However, God tell us what we can expect when we die.  The comfort I gain when loosing a love one has always stem from what is written in the Bible (2 Timothy…

What's Wrong With Being "Truly Spiritual" - A means to comfort

I often ask myself - what is wrong with being "truly spiritual."   I hear so often how everyone is a "Christian" but when you truly start demonstrating the knowledge and courage to speak those things that Jesus Christ spoke - it is often ensue with a negative reaction.   I have deep emotions and compassion for everyone that experience some kind of pain or suffering and I also respect and acknowledge we all respond differently.

It is so refreshing to be able to have a truly spiritual…

Truly celebrating "Life"

As we know, the time to appreciate life or someone's life should not be at death.  While we are alive we need to celebrate "our life" which means to be thankful that we are here and to love all those around us who will one day pass away to death.  Let's love them now and tell them all of the loving thoughts we have of them (1 John 4:8).

Truly celebrating life is to treasure it now...for the dead is conscious of "nothing."  So while we are here and in the now - love as you never loved…

The Resurrection - A Hope For All Mankind!

Death is not the original purpose for mankind.  God's purpose was to have mankind to live under perfect conditions in Paradise.  The pain and suffering we experience with the lost of our love one does not originate with God's plan in the beginning.

However, due to mankind disobedience we now sin, grow old and die.  These conditions will also change - as there will be a resurrection of all those in the memorial tomb (John 5:28, 29).   We all have the opportunity to gain knowledge and…

Death is not in itself - the end

Death to some is the finality of one's life.  However, the Bible holds firm a hope of restoring earth and mankind back to God's original purpose.  The Dead, are not suffering but is as in a deep-sleep. (Eccl. 9:5).  No harm comes to the dead.  We do have fond memories of our love ones.  The memories are with us to cherish.

That is why it is so important to let the "living" know how you feel about them - do not let death come upon them - and then you remember all of the…

The Dead have a hope!!

As we know, often when our love ones die - we wonder -= what's next.  However, we have been given a promise that in the very near future death will be no more (Revelation 21:3,4)  We need not feel a sorrow that is linked with so many questions.  Our love one are not under any circumstances - lingering between Heaven and Hell.   (Ecclesiastes 9:5)

How I deal with my sorrow is to cherish the loving memories I have of the departed love one. I know my love one is in a deep sleep - free…
