Unimaginable is all I have to say. I lost one son almost 1 year ago I cannot imagine how it could be to lose two young sons. I am so sorry for your double loss. I am sure we could all learn from you and how you have learned to deal with these losses.
Please keep reading and posting, we will appreciate your input. Again, I am so sorry for your double loss.
Gaynell, I am so sorry for the pain you are feeling and the loss of so many of your loved ones. I admire your attitude. I'm sure there is a purpose -- sometimes it is just hard to understand why it has to involve so much sorrow. I believe that people who take the time to grieve in a healthy manner become very wise. You have learned so much about life and death and these are lessons that society needs to learn as a whole for we are never taught how to deal with loss. If you are up to it, I ask you to be a "grief ambassador" -- that is take the knowledge you have and help those just starting on the journey. Personally, I felt that if I were able to overcome the circumstances of my late husband's death that I was meant to help others do the same. In this way, it made me feel his death had meaning on a greater scale. Hope this helps, Ellen
