Your son may have issues of his own and cannot help any now, which it sounds like he too needs some assistance. You will do better over time, and yes that was a very beautiful girl, and I am so sorry she left us. Please continue to write to us here, it really does help also!

It is hard because her side of the family want me to help her...I am still trying to deal with my feelings and emotions. When my daughter died my stepdaughter and her side of the family did not even acknowledge the fact but now they want me to help her. I am still trying to help myself and my family deal with this . Does this sound wrong? I try to be there for her but sometimes it just hurts so bad and things I thought I had overcome keep flooding back.
