Christine, I just saw your post regarding going grocery shopping. It appears that is something many of us share. It's been 7 months since my husband died & I have gone twice now without crying at all. I still limit my time in the store & have yet to do "real" grocery shopping, but I haven't cooked a meal since he died either. I just have no desire to cook or really to eat. Larry loved my cooking as well as his 12 yr. old son & they were BIG eaters! I can't go to any of the places we enjoyed because tears pour that he's not with me to enjoy it. Things are really messed up without him. Hang in there, & eventually things will have to get at least a bit easier ~ I hope. Meanwhile keep making lists if you need to & cry anytime, anywhere with no shame! Hugs, Christy
