I'll check in on facebook. I have profile there as well. I understand the family acceptance deal very well. They did appreciate how well I took care of him, particularly the last five years of his life.
Glenda, I'm sorry you lost your best friend and love. I know how it hurts so much as I lost my husband Bill on Novemebr 11, 09. I never knew my heart could hurt so much. My friends just truly don't understand, and I'm tired of hearing I understand I just lost my parent. (not to put down any parent its not the same ) Your suppose to out live your parent, my hubby was only 55 and I still haven't even got the cause of death yet. I still cry all the time, my dog died in Aug, my best friend move in Aug out of state and now my love is gone. Life is totally killing me.
May we all find some peace or at least enough to get a good night sleep some day.
Glenda, I'm so sorry about your husband....my husband passed away on December 10th and like you, he and I worked together every day and that makes it so much harder to go back to work, so far I haven't been able to do it. We were together practically 24 hours a day for 19 years and now just breathing is hard to do without him. I too have very supportive and loving family and friends, but without my soulmate, the other half of me, the joy in my life is gone.....I will just live and survive with my memories and they are so good. I will keep you in my prayers and hopefully we can all get through this pain together.
