I too,am approaching the nine month mark. Ric as killed Sept. 8th 2009. It seems,once the shock wears off,we function somehow. There is a great grief group that meets the first and third Tues. morning at a church in the village of Williamsville, there is no fee to attend. The counselor works for Kaleida.and she is wonderful. She lost her son years ago and knows what we are going through,if you need to try it let me know.
