It will be an amazing life changing, transformational experience of grief support in the Pacific Northwest city of Spokane, Washington. Here you will find loving support, encouragement, and the skills to empower you to let go of the pain, anger and fear. Our workshops are planned so there is ample time to ask questions and interact with the presenters, so that healing can take place.
All events and sessions are beneficial for anyone who is grieving the death of a loved one, or pet, domestic violence, rape, working as a support group facilitator, caregiver, grief counselor, health care worker, or therapist with bereaved individuals, parents, families and children.
Sandy’s vision is to have a retreat where everyone feels welcome regardless of who they are grieving for, and what their spiritual beliefs are or are not. It will be a “magical time” when all come together to share love and healing. Learn to release the anger; fear; and gain courage for the days ahead. We understand the emotions of the loss of what could have been. Losing a baby while pregnant, or having a baby born sleeping, have very different emotional challenges from losing a child that has been alive for some time. We have speakers who have also worked with parents of murdered children, and are familiar with some of the challenges and pain that they walk through on a daily basis. We have speakers who work with cancer patients, widowhood, pet loss, and most of the speakers have multiple losses of loved ones, we speak from our hearts, with experience. You are not alone in your grief, we are standing right beside you!
