Wish Heaven had a phone so I could hear your voice again. I thought of you today, but that is nothing new. I thought about you yesterday, and days before that too. I think of you in silence, I often speak your name. All I have are memories and a picture in a frame. Your memory is a keepsake, from which I'll never part. God has you in his arms, I have you in my heart!

Thanks for sharing the poem. It expresses how I feel.
I actually have this on a picture frame with Douglas's picture -- it does say it all. I found this poem the week he died and absolutely love it!
Thanks Kim! It is very nice and very eloquently expresses what we all have left.
Kim, thank you for sharing the beautiful poem. It says exactly how I feel. God called my wonderful husband of 17 yrs home to be with him on March 1st, 2010. I miss my husband very much and I wonder does the pain of loosing a loved one ever go away. We did everything together, so I have a lot of beautiful and wonderful memories, but I would give anything and everything that I have just have him back with me so that we could continue making more memories. Thank you again. God Bless you.
Kim,
Thank you for sharing the poem. It says how I feel much more eloquently than I ever could! We all know that we have our loved ones in our heart . . and no one can ever take that or our beautiful memories!!
Beautiful poem, kim. My husband,Rich, passed away 2-10-09, seems like yesterday, i still cry, i still ask why. I think his death is something I will never
recover from, 37 yrs went so fast. Sometimes I think he will come home, and
that he is gone to the store..... my mind plays tricks on me, and I let it, it makes me feel better. Good luck to you, Judy Latty
Kim,This poem is so beautiful it really says it all.I lost my husband 15 months ago & not a day goes by that I don't wish I could hear his voice just one more time. We all need to cherish our memories.
