We all have a black dog but how you deal with that black dog is what matters the most!

You (all) are welcome. I am not dealing with mine very well currently. Mine is complicated BP and Hypothyroidism which are like oil and water. Approaching the one year anniversary of my son Garrett's death by suicide. I thought the video was good too. Take care, Janet
