With the loss of my Brother and parents - it is so comforting to know that so I will be able to see them again as promised at Revelation 21:3,4.  The pain of today that I experienced due to the death of my loved one will be far removed at our Heavenly Father's appointed time.  I long to see my parents again to be able to hug them and to hear their voices.  I long to hold them again and to tell them how much I love them and how I deeply missed them.  I trust that soon I will be able to share my love once again with them.  (Proverbs 3:5,6)

Dear Dream Moon,

Please know that God is not punishing you. The Bible is very clear about this. James 1:13 says: "When under trial, let no one say: “I am being tried by God.” For with evil things God cannot be tried, nor does he himself try anyone."

This means that God does not put us to the test. He is our loving heavenly parent. Would a loving parent put a stick in front of their baby who is learning how to walk, hoping that he falls? Of course not. Our God wants good things for us. James 1:17 explains, "Every good gift and every perfect present is from above, coming down from the Father"

Remember that there are many servants of God who have suffered: King David, Job, apostle Paul and Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ was perfect. He never did anything wrong, yet he had to go through sufferings.

I do not believe that death is the end of our existence. I have a story that I know proves this. My Mother had a "thing" about shoes. They had to be perfectly lined up, ready to put on, if one was turned on its side or sideways or if the right was on the left side it drove her crazy. She died on November 1st, all Saints day for you Catholics. I was in the hospital during the week of Thanksgiving that same month. I had been in the ICU for several days; so when I got moved to a regular room and some of the IVs were removed I was desperate for a shower. I had a pair of flip flops which I slipped on when I was finally allowed to go to the bathroom alone. Needless to say, I was in a hurry to get into the shower so I just kicked the flip flops off. They went flying across the bathroom but I didn't care. That was the best shower, I stayed and soaked for quite a while.
I know this story has been tedious but these details are important.
Anyway when I pulled the curtain back to get out if the shower, there were my flip flops. Sitting, ready to be slipped on. That is when I Knew my Mom was watching over me. Just to be sure it was her I asked the lady who cleaned my room and my nurse if they had moved my flip flops. They both said they had not and no one else had been in my room.
So this is why I KNOW we go on after death.
