Dwanda, this forum helped me after I lost my Mom last Mother's Day, 2010, but quite frankly, I ended up needing additional help. My grief counselor helped me navigate that first year without her, so that my grief did not completely overwhelm me, or make me a burden on my sister and daughter, who were grieving the loss as well.
