HI MICHELLE I AM SORRY FOR FOR YOUR LOSS,I FEEL THE SAME WAY.I LOST MY SON ALMOST 2 YEARS AGO HE WOULD OF BEEN 18 ON SEPT 18TH AND IT HURTS THAT I CANT SEE HIM AND HOLD HIM AND KNOW WHAT HE WOULD OF LOOKED LIKE,I HAVE BEEN GOING TO SUPPORT GROUP EVERYTIME HIS BIRTHDAY IS AROUND,AND GO UNTIL THE DAY HE DIED.MY FRIENDS SAY THAT I AM STRONG BECAUSE I DONT LET IT OUT.BUT I DONT ON THE OUTSIDE BUT ON THE INSIDE I AM DYING INSIDE.IT WILL BE 2 YEARS OCT 7TH AND THAT DAY WILL BE HARD TO.WHAT I DID WAS GO AND GET ADOPT HIGHWAY SIGN FOR MY SON SO THE FIRST WEEKEND OF OCT WE PICK UP THE HIGHWAY AND THAN GO TO EAT.MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS HELP ME OUT FOR THE WEEKEND.WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO DO IS LIGHT A CANDLE AND GET AJOURNAL AND WRITE FOR 5 MINUTES WHAT YOUR SON AND BROTHER,AND IT WILL MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER.AND GO TO A SUPPORT GROUP IT HELPS TO GO AND PEOPLE ARE THERE DEALING WITH THE SAME THING,THEY KNOW HOW YOU FEEL,ON THERE BIRTHDAYS GO AND MAKE THEM A CAKE AND TAKE IT OUT TO THE CEMETARY AND SING HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THEM,TALK ABOUT THEM LIKE THERE STILL THERE,THATS WHAT THEY SAY AT SUPPORT GROUP AND IT DOES HELP TO TALK ABOUT THEM LIKE THEY ARE STILL THERE.MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY ALL LISTEN TO MEWHEN I NEED HELP,THROU GOOD AND BAD TIMES.BUT I HOPE THIS HELPS.PLEASE KEEP IN TOUCH THANKS FOR LISTENING.MY SON WAS SHOT BY HIS FRIEND AND KILLED
