Hello Randy,Are there any Bereavement groups in your area that you can go? Sometimes hospitals offer them.I go to one in a hospital,it's x2 a month. The problem with me though is I don't talk much beyond saying I lost my brother. When it comes around for me to say something,I get a numb feeling.I question myself should I continue to go or not.Just had a birthday and it was a depressing day.Went by the lake my brother was found in,had a talk, had a cry and left.So many unanswered questions that may never have an answer to.That's part of my anguish.By posting messages on this site gives me some relief that I can just say whatever is on my mind without judgment and that others can relate to.

Randy,Sorry for your loss of your mom also.I can't imagine how you feel with both losses so close to each other.Sometimes there are no words to say,it's a feeling deep inside.I feel that everyday. There's another group you can join here which is " Bereaved Spouses" (partners included). It's an active group, you can see by the postings on "Main Wall",there you can bond with others whom share your same loss. They are a supportive group.
