Barb, I know if your sister was your best friend, you almost have a double grieving to do. Memories, childhood, teens, young adults, and then to see her with that precious baby, your tender heart is probably so torn.
You may have to be my life coach someday. I have six sisters! The first five of us were a year apart, and the last two came 3 years later! I am always saying how lucky we have been....sometimes I did not always feel that way, but heck girls will be girls! I often tell my three sons, friends come and go, but in most cases it is your family that is there when the chips are down. Yes, we are all dysfunctional, in our own special way, but I know we have become so much more a team when Mom died in December 2009. It is interesting watching at times where we are in our journey of grief!
