Thank you for the encouraging words-they mean alot.This has been a difficult journey for me and i can honestly say, it has been a struggle to reach the point I`m at. It has been very hard for me to go on the website lately because i can`t help but feel that some people enjoy staying stuck in their grief.It may sound harsh but I have found out early on that you are the only person who can help yourself. It would have been easy to stay in bed, not eat and basically give up but I feel I would be letting my husband down in a big way.He wanted me to go on and be happy and even though I have some serious frown lines going- I try to muster up the courage to go on.
