I lost Dad suddenly (at the doctors office) 12-13-10....Ma passed away 18 days later 12-31-10

I am not dealing with this at all.....I cry most days and just dont know what to do ...I have no friends to talk to and not close to my siblings who are dealing with this in a diferent way

who do you deal with getting hit twice?

now with mothers day  and father day coming I just dont know what to do
