Never say it coming nad don't have the first clue how to keep moving forward. I have a great wife and tow other children to keep me going but my heart is gone and my focus sucks.

being in the presents of other that know how bad it hurts everyday and we can't just over it as other might think. Time will help but not erease and anything that helps me feel a little positive is a good day.

Dear Stephen,

My condolences to you and your family. Such a terrible and tragic loss. I think it's going to hurt for a long time, but talking with others who've lost children can help.

Mobile has a local chapter of The Compassionate Friends, a support group for parents (and grandparents and siblings) after the death of a child of any age. You can find more info online at http://www.compassionatefriendsmobile.org/ or by calling 251-432-6200.

My best to you as you grieve for your son. If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know.

Jessica
