  • HI this is my first time writing, any suggestions I welcome. It's been 13 months since my wife has passed, overian cancer. Family and coworkers do not seem to understand, I have a couple friends that do but I think I need more.  Thank you for letting me in.   Karen

Karen, I lost my Pop on Feb.4, 2010 I thought my heart had stopped beating and I felt I would never learn to cope with such a horrible loss, he died of cancer. I have to tell you writing letters to him and talking to him helped. I know he is still with me and has given me the strength to go on. Also groups such as this can help a great deal. I wish you peace and I pray for your healing. The greatest gift we can give those we love is to continue to live.
