this statement is so true... its also true that unless something is said that offends, often we don't even remember the words someone speaks... sometimes what we remember most is a hug that gives comfort, or a gentle squeeze of the hand, or the wiping away of a tear. or even the look of love and a desire to help in someone's eyes... these things often mean more and are the only things remembered
