My name is Ken and I just recently lost my partner Bob from Liver Cancer. We were together almost 39 years and raised my two daughters and have 3 grandchildren.

Bobby was told in April 2011 that he had liver cancer and given a year. Last April he was given 1 1% chance on making the night he passed this passed April 21 st and the void in my life as well as our children and grandchildren is beyond words as anyone who has lost a loved on knows

These last 2 years we did as much as we could. He amazed his doctors that he lasted so long. I sit here and cry when I come home and my heart aches, He put up a brave fight the last month but we knew the end was coming. He was able to sing at our best friends daughter,s wedding in March, given a much not wanted 60th birthday and got to do 1 night of a show before he because to ill to continue

We were bless by the loving care he got from the nurses at St Josephs Hospital in Long Island .New York and by his amazing doctors who became our family.

When we knew the end was near Bobby came home for hospice. He was able to say goodbye to all he loved except his dad and sister who are in Virginia and he dad isn't able to travel. I had the honor or holding his hand as did our dear friend Evelyn as he went home peacefully. I felt as if my whole world had been lost his funeral and mass are a blank to me and I don't remember seeing half these people that loved him so dearly.

We had written David Tutera about being married on his My Fair Wedding and sent a video but heard nothing. I had the honor of him becoming my legal husband Nov 30th 2012 and will love him Till The End of Time
