I lost my husband suddenly on 3/2/2016. He was home with my son when he started coughing up blood. My son called the ambulance and he went into cardiac arrest on the way to the hospital. The doctors couldn't save him. He did have health problems he needed double knee replacement and shoulder surgery. He also suffered from CRPS. We found out later the reason he was coughing up blood he had a pulmonary embolism. He was only 49 and I 38. We were together for 20 years. We have 2 children a son 18 and a girl 13. He was the love of my life and I have Ben crying myself to sleep ever since. I don't know how to go on I feel lost. We are going to go to family therapy and I therapy alone as well. My kids seem to be adjusting but I just can't. We did everything together and just mean everything we coached our children we volunteered together. We even went groceries together. I miss him terribly.

I am so sorry about your recent loss. Twenty years is a long time and I can only imagine the pain you are going through. It is good that you are going to therapy because sometimes its so hard to go through the pain alone. A few years ago I almost lost my husband in a bad car accident. For weeks I was numb . Please know that you are in our prayers and I look forward to the time that God will take away the tears and pain- Rev 21:3,4
