hi craig my name is sharon and i am sorry for your loss. What do you mean social security wont help you? If you are disabbled don't you get help from them? You should be able to make a claim on your wife if she worked at all. My husband also died in april of this year and i was not able to collect on him for he didn;thave enough credits but then again he was only 45 and wasnt done with work yet
