What a small world! Douglas and I lived in Bellingham for 15 years. I graduated from WWU and he from Fairhaven. Douglas would have been 63 -- and will always be 62! I am doing better and moving forward has gotten easier. My daughter will be spending my anniversary with me but the anniversary of his death will be on me. He was/is my hero -- and I am just so grateful that his pain is over. The best gift Douglas left me is a blessed legacy of beautiful and happy memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life. We need to keep in touch!

Peace and blessings,
