hope i did not offend you by using Gods word this is the only way i was able to cope when my sister died because of the promise in the Bible where God says: "He will actually swallow up death forever, and... will certainly wipe the tears from all faces." (Isaiah 25:8) But he also promises a bringing back to life those who have died, a time when we can enjoy life together forever.Again Im sorry

A death so sudden is a very painful process and no words can express the hurt and anguish nor touch on how you feel but God shares your tears. You were a true gift from God to move in an help her. Your pain will not easily disappear you may find that for a time your emotions will be somewhat unpredictable tears may flow without much advance warning be patient with yourself. The Bible assures us: “God is near to those that are broken at heart; and those who are crushed in spirit he saves.” (Psalm 34:18))
I hope, from my heart, that your pain will decrease,And that God will send his blessings to you.

Annie became seriously ill unexpectedly about 6 months ago, although she had been dealing with COPD and asthma for years. I moved in with her and her husband to care for her as she had become wheelchair bound and was on oxygen. And yet still, her death was such a shock to me. I'm feeling so lonely for her and feel so lost.
