Oh, my heart pours out to you and your children. I feel the same way. I feel as if I can't exist without Larry by my side. I honestly don't want to be here without him. I am here, breathing, in constant sorrow/grief for nearly 1 year now. As much as I miss his son living with me, I am thankful somewhat that he doesn't hear me crying every morning & every night as my grown kids do. They are so concerned for me. My hope is that any minute could be my last here just as it was for him. Yet, none of us will go before our time. I hope that my things are in order as well as his were. It's crazy how neat & orderly all his paperwork, clothes... were- as if he knew he wouldn't return home that day. It blows my mind.
Anyway, remember to breathe & take life step by step. Cut yourself some slack. Be sure to give yourself & the kids breaks away from time to time to lose it without worry. Be good to yourself. It's good for your kids to see you taking care of yourself... so they will feel more comfortable being good to themselves/enjoying friends & activities without guilt...
